大型沼氣項(xiàng)目竣工驗(yàn)收后進(jìn)行啟動調(diào)試，滿足以下基本運(yùn)行管理要求:

1. 操作管理人員必須熟悉大型沼氣工程的工藝流程、操作要求和設(shè)施設(shè)備的技術(shù)指標(biāo);

2. 操作人員必須熟悉現(xiàn)場設(shè)施設(shè)備的操作要求和技術(shù)指標(biāo)，了解沼氣工程流程;

3.操作人員應(yīng)按時、準(zhǔn)確填寫《操作記錄》，操作管理人員應(yīng)定期核對原始記錄;

大型沼氣項(xiàng)目管理要點(diǎn):

1. 根據(jù)工藝設(shè)計參數(shù)進(jìn)行進(jìn)料量和進(jìn)料周期，并在實(shí)踐中找出優(yōu)良的工藝參數(shù);

2. 保持一個相對穩(wěn)定的厭氧消化溫度;

5. 建議每日監(jiān)測:pH值、揮發(fā)酸、總堿度、溫度、氣壓、產(chǎn)氣量、沼氣組成等，掌握厭氧消化池的運(yùn)行情況，并根據(jù)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)及時調(diào)整大型沼氣項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)行方案或采取相應(yīng)措施。

It is recommended to monitor daily: pH value, volatile acid, total alkalinity, temperature, air pressure, gas production, biogas composition, etc., master the operation of anaerobic digester, and adjust the operation scheme of large biogas project or take corresponding measures according to the monitoring data.
